Clifton Park Hospital Welcomes New Chef

Bartosz Rochna has been appointed as Clifton Park Hospital’s Catering Manager after building a career in a number of award-winning restaurants.

After various levels of training in catering and customer service, Bartosz has acquired thirteen years of culinary experience working with various menus from different countries and cultures.

He spent five years at Strada, a group of contemporary Italian restaurants serving simple, freshly prepared dishes renowned for using the finest and freshest ingredients.

During the past eight years Bartosz has expanded his catering and customer care knowledge at Côte Restaurants, inspired by the brasseries and bistros of Paris. The chain boasts authentic dishes and high calibre customer service.

Bartosz said: “My goal is to work with a team that wants to produce food that will ensure our guests leave happy.  I'm passionate about cooking and love challenges. I look forward to the experience of working within healthcare, providing excellent service to our patients and staff, and the fact that every day is different at Clifton Park Hospital.”
